Into the Wild – Denali National Park
The Denali National Park is Alaska's frontier. If you spend up to two nights in Denali, you should be able to see the park really well. You should devote at least one day of your Denali trip to taking the shuttle bus ride through the park. This is the best way to experience all of the wildlife that the park has to offer. It is important that you make reservations well in advance, but this is the case for most of the attractions in Alaska. If you're looking to see bears and wildlife, this is the place to do it, as you can do so at an affordable price. Anywhere else in Alaska would charge you $400 or more to see a Grizzly, here you can see them for as little as $30 by simply taking the shuttle bus ride. If you're looking to see Mount McKinley, you can do so by taking the shuttle bus from the south entrance of the park. However, if you choose this option, the ride is long and you will likely miss out on a lot of the wildlife the park has to offer.
